Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not consumed them.
If a generation fails because of our systems, the credit is returned to your balance automatically — you never lose a credit to our errors.

EU/UK withdrawal right
For consumers in the EU/UK, digital content is supplied immediately upon purchase. By completing checkout you request immediate supply and acknowledge that the 14-day withdrawal right ends once supply begins — unless the credits remain entirely unused, in which case we refund them anyway.

Email [email protected] with your order reference. Refunds are processed via Stripe to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
